About the Role:
We are seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in transforming project specifications and calculations into clear, accurate technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive technical drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring they meet all project and tender deadlines.
- Prepare detailed documentation to support the design process.
- Utilize your knowledge of basic hopper volume calculations to optimize designs.
- Develop assembly and detail drawings based on provided information and instructions.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and implement drawing revisions as needed.
- Design and model basic piping layouts for powder processing equipment.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and modify existing engineering designs and models.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by taking initiative and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITE qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a demonstrably relevant field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor is a strong advantage.
- Solid computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to your work.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive team atmosphere.
