As a customer service agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our passengers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and providing necessary information and support throughout their journey.
Location: Changi Airport
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their journey.
- Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in any field
- Flexibility to work shifts, including overnight shifts
- Ability to remain calm and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
