Responsibilities:
- Manage project document flows between client and users in strict accordance with security requirements
- Support system users to ensure understanding of system and process requirements
- Maintain document archives – Both electronic & Hard Copy while ensuring all records-management activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements
- Control issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of document registers
- Liaise with vendors for projects and distribute project related documents with the project team and relevant external parties
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to document control process and procedure
- Ensure that documents are managed in strict confidentiality and conformity.
- Generate various document control reports as and when required
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Team
- Assist in general office administration
- Undertake other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent
- Be well organised and systematic
- Possess good communication and coordination skills
