- Provision in Microsoft Office, knowing how to use Microsoft Excel to tabulate data for data analysis, reporting, Powerpoint to compile and generate slides for presentation.
- Some knowledge in HR related matters such as using of workday, getting the required information of new hires prior to onboarding and offboarding within SR to ensure a smooth experience.
- Able to multitask without compromising of work quality ie. Multiple onboarding / offboarding on the same day.
- Preferably having experience working in Financial Industry, with prior knowledge of how Financial Institution works.
- Understanding of invoice processing and process ,it include raising memo/PR/PO/GR.
- Excel/PPT Report generation knowledge for weekly management reporting.
- Familiar with basic excel functions and report generation
- Facilitate onboarding and laptop allocation
