We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support
- Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
