The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving B2B business development efforts for corporate membership, supporting B2C individual membership acquisition and engagement, and providing support for events. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to account management, lead generation, lead tracking, retention, and event coordination.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

B2B (Corporate Membership)

  • Serve as the account manager for Corporate Members, ensuring regular communication and updating them on ISCA's latest news, events, benefits, and services.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through various initiatives such as networking events, info sessions, social gatherings, road shows, exhibitions, and collaborating with different departments for leads.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of corporate members.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, progress, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with updates to Corporate Membership webpage, Corporate Members Telegram channel and user experience enhancements via the ISCA Portal.

B2C (Individual Membership)

  • Support the Member Acquisition and Engagement team in their outreach efforts to acquire and engage individual members.
  • Assist in organising and participating in events aimed at attracting new individual members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including employer organisations, to ensure effective coordination and execution of marketing collaterals and initiatives.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from outreach events, marketing campaigns and trade shows.

External Events Support

  • Generate and follow up on leads through participation at accountancy-related and other trade shows, and ISCA-initiated events.

Job Requirements

  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage lead tracking, follow-ups, and member retention.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter who is results-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Bonus Points if you have the following:

  • Experience in account management, lead generation, and sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce) and lead management tools.
