Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal (NHG Healthcare institutions - HCIs) and external stakeholders including Ministry of Health (MOH) and Post-secondary Education Institutes (PSEIs)
- Verify and process billings to PSEIs and submission of accruals by HCIs
- Prepare the annual audit and report submission to MOH
- Ensure utilisation of funding like the Pre-employment Clinical Training meets the parameters set out in the annual Implementation Note
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Provide secretariat and logistical support to meetings and tracking of deliverables
- Work with the Governance, Policy and Strategy team in reviewing the MOUs/agreements/policies
- Opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives. Other duties and projects may also be assigned, in accordance with the aspirations and competence of the incumbent to the needs of the project.
Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
- Prior work experience in a similar role and/or healthcare industry oreducation administration
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
