Job Title: Loans Executive
Responsibilities:
- Perform completeness checks on audit confirmation request forms/online requests from customers/auditors.
- Process and input customer requests on a daily basis with timeliness and accuracy.
- Verify customer/auditor instructions against bank systems.
- Address inquiries from stakeholders regarding request handling.
- Manage exceptional cases and escalate to team lead when necessary.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
