Sales Executive (Pierre Cardin)

Job Descriptions:

•Set and drive operational sales targets, constantly striving for stretched performance achievements.

•Constantly work to build, motivate, evaluate, and retain dynamic and effective sales teams. Inspire through regular hands-on coaching and store visits – product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to deliver the expected sales results.

• Organize and implement marketing strategies, sales promotion activities, and mechanics such as product launches to increase the total sales of the Company.

• Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis) to the management.

•Ensure all the legal & safety processes are applied and complied with in boutiques, consignment counters, and atrium.

•Issue PO to the Accounts Department for all orders placed.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including A&P, MRP, Merchandising, CRM, and Warehouse department on signage, product development, inventory needs, members recruitment, and stock allocation.

• Keeping an active eye on competitors to identify opportunities and take action to stay competitive.

•Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).

•Assist in roadshows/ boutiques / counters/ atrium setup and dismantle.

•Any other ad-hoc assignments in accordance with the business needs.


Job Specifications:

• Minimum a Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive roles, preferably in retail operations

• Proficient in MS Office applications

•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

•Keen sense of Fashion and a passion for the fashion industry, well-groomed • Ability to converse well in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Sales and customer-oriented

• Knowledge of Tableau, SAP, POS, and CRM software experiences will be an advantage

• Work 5.5 days a week (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
