Job Summary:Accenture is seeking a highly skilled Program/Project Manager to deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. The successful candidate will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements (SLAs). This role requires close coordination between the team in the Philippines and counterparts on the client site in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program/Project Management:Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
Utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure successful project delivery, monitoring, and control.
Ensure all projects meet their objectives and adhere to agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
- Service Level Agreement Management:Oversee and manage SLAs to ensure compliance and performance.
Implement processes to monitor service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
Address and resolve any issues related to service delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordination and Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Philippines team and the Japan counterpart on the client site.
Coordinate project activities and deliverables, ensuring alignment and synergy between teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications between the two locations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by delivering high-quality outcomes and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years experience
- Minimum 6 years financial banking experience
- Experienced in Oracle Banking Platform for Application Support and Batch Services, Cloud Enablement and Spunk Monitoring Tools development
- Proven experience in program/project management, particularly in delivering business and technology outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of standard project management tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Experience managing service level agreements and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams across different geographical locations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international teams, particularly in the Philippines and Japan.
- Familiarity with the cultural and business practices of both regions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
