Job Scope
- Responsible for daily processing of policy servicing transactions efficiently and accurately. Daily policy servicing transactions includes but not limited to:
a) Client Level Changes – for e.g. change in personal particulars, contact details, returned mails.
b) Policy Level Changes – for e.g. change in coverage / premium, payment mode / method, fund switch, premium redirection, top-up, reinstatement, nomination of beneficiary, assignment.
c) Policy Values Payout – for e.g. annuity payout and survivorship check, maturity / surrender / withdrawal payout.
- Identify areas of improvements, provide support on requirements gathering, participate in user acceptance testing, reviewing test plans / test results and involved in data cleansing for smooth system migration / implementation.
- Ensure department’s defined service standards and TATs are met.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant business standards and regulations.
- Any other adhoc duties
