Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our recruitment agency as a Telemarketer. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients and assisting our consultants with various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Clarke Quay (Right above MRT)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2300 (Depending on level of experience & qualification)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our recruitment agency services and generate leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about our recruitment services, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing processes.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and update relevant information.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with interested clients/candidates for our recruitment consultants
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and organizing recruitment-related documents.
Requirements:
- Hit the target required as a Telemarketer
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
