Candidate Profile:
3-5 years experience in monitoring and maintaining software related to tracking like JIRA.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of CAD/CAM, incident management system, tracking system,etc
Must have worked in a manufacturing company, in-house role, or as an external vendor.
Good interpersonal skills, prefer experience in JIRA and Windchill PLM
Key Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of systems related to Product and Project tracking
Ensure Software is updated with latest patches
Weekly reporting
Provide necessary training to users
