The Job
- Be the champion for all available digital services.
- Actively manage the banking hall and queue situation through triaging customer’s purpose of visit to better manage customers’ experience and expectations.
- Drive a strong digital culture through active sharing and educating customers to migrate to digital services at all opportunities.
- Adapting customer to internet banking and the bank's Mobile App and encourage their continuation use of digital channels.
- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries on digital issue and queries.
- Maintain exceptional level of customer service and experience.
- Making referrals to appropriate parties leading to successful sales opportunities.
- Assisting with customer requests that can be done digitally while promoting the independent use of available digital solutions.
- Support cash counter activities through active customer engagement and encourage migration to online or off-premises channels.
The Talent
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Disciplined, mature and able to multi-task independently under pressure.
- Service-oriented with strong interest in developing a customer-focused career.
- Pleasant personality and able to work effectively in a team.
- Prior customer service experience would be an advantage
