Job Description
- Responsible for RMA product quality issue resolution.
- Assigned products in support of RMA evaluation requests from customers.
- Perform defect correlation using system and device level evaluation techniques.
- Utilize fault isolation and debug tools such as ATE, XRAY, CSAM, IV curve, bench, phone, and FFA/MTP.
- Lead debug and data gathering activities with other technical disciplines.
- Provide strategic direction and team leadership, collaborating with regional leads on best practices.
- Bridge communication within the organization using a strong understanding of product design and development.
- Influence quality across the organization through customer and internal interactions.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Communication Engineering.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer support, product quality engineering, or product test engineering.
- Experience with LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM, 1x, EVDO, UMTS.
- Knowledge of camera, audio, video encoding, and graphics validation.
- Hardware verification of CPU, GPU, memory, RAM, DDR, L1, L2, and cache.
- Understanding of semiconductor assembly, SMT, and packaging.
- Knowledge of quality tools, statistics, and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with microelectronics, SMT, semiconductor fabrication or assembly, and offshore customers is a plus.
- ASQ certification is a plus.
