Operations Executive
Participate in the execution of strategic objectives to support business & operations of the hospital and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1.Operations:
- Serve as a liaison between the hospital and stakeholders on operational risk matters;
- Assist in coordinating and managing the various operational support services; ie. Security/Housekeeping/Kitchen;
- Assist in reviewing and implementing plans to enhance work processes;
- Assist in reviewing and updating all operations SOPs in a timely manner;
- Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records, general stores, office equipment/supplies etc;
- Prepare documentation required for procurement of equipment/supplies/services in support of hospital operations;
- Undertake ad hoc functions/duties pertaining to operations.
2.Project Management:
- Assist in organization’s new projects which fall within department’s scope of work;
- Put up papers and justifications for department’s new projects;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement department’s projects;
- Assist in implementing department’s new projects.
3.Vendor Management:
- Ensure KPIs set by the organization are met by vendors;
- Review vendor’s KPIs and compliance, and work to achieve set targets/goals;
- Work with external vendors to troubleshoot and close operational gaps.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management Studies, or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in operation management/project management;
- Experience in hospitality or hospital setting is advantageous.
