Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our programs and services, and guiding them through the membership sign-up process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Engage with prospective students to understand their goals.
- Provide detailed information and Answer all the queries regarding our swimming course and programmes.
- Recommend suitable courses and learning pathways based on students' objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to actively promote our membership sales.
Qualifications:
- Can Communicate well in English and Chinese.
- Ability to effectively handle member complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques.
