Job Responsibilities
- Support in reviewing the monthly and annual accounting activities of overseas entities and preparing management reports.
- Aid in the monthly consolidation process and the creation of quarterly reporting packs for submission to the Head Office.
- Take charge of the annual budgeting and year-end closing processes within the Jiu Qi reporting framework for the Group and its entities.
- Assist in generating monthly cash flow forecasts for both the Group and its entities.
- Support managers in meeting Chinese reporting requirements and deadlines imposed by the Group.
- Assist managers in overseeing the Group Chinese Reporting Team.
- Identify operational safety hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that all staff work in a safe environment by implementing safety protocols.
- Integrate safety practices into daily work routines to promote a safe workplace culture.
- Adhere strictly to statutory and company safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities assigned periodically.
Job Requirements
- Education & Qualification: CPA/CA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Must possess financial audit experience in an audit firm.
- Ability to read and write reports in Chinese for reporting to HQ.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial and management reporting.
