Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Support
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Lead by example in achieving personal sales targets and supporting team members in meeting their goals.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor Customers AR and collections
- Reporting sales activities and forecast planning to Sales Director
Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the sales team adheres to company standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, with some experience in a supervisory or assistant management position. Proven experience in wholesales, FNB sales management with a successful track record.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. Class 3A license
