Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfill all aspects of property management according to clients' requirements.
- Coordinate projects in residential, industrial and commercial strata developments.
- Oversee daily operations for all the assigned projects.
- Manage and supervise staff at designated properties.
- Assist superiors in planning, executing, and supervising facilities management and operational activities.
- Plan, execute, and oversee all facilities management and operational activities.
- Maintain continuous and long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Manage and retain projects within established financial criteria.
- Prepare for and lead Annual General Meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Estate/Facilities Management or a related field.
- Experience managing condominiums, industrial, or commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
- Own transportation is advantageous.
