Job Scope:
- Conduct site inspections.
- Prepare valuation reports and documentation.
- Assess the value of properties assets.
- Conduct market research to gather relevant data.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level is welcome to apply, Training will be provided.
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/ Facility, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Must open to travel within Singapore (Visit site to survey & do evaluation report for property)
