Our client is a Retail Sales Company. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a E-commerce Marketing Supervisor to be part of their ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West– easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of launching products and brands on the Amazon Marketplace.
- Lead the creation, growth, and execution of strategies to drive revenue growth on the Amazon channel.
- Oversee daily Amazon sales operations, such as inventory management, product rankings, PPC marketing, and product listing optimization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with goals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create, enhance, and promote product copy to boost sales.
- Address and resolve product and marketplace issues and disputes on the Amazon platform.
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on key KPIs, including forecasting, profit/loss, and market insights, to the leadership team.
- Work with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and optimize inventory buys and storage for the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operation.
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Marketing or related
- Min 3 years in e-commerce digital marketing
- Experience handling Amazon, Lazada, Shopee etc will be desired
