Job Description:
- Key and issue invoice to MYOB eg. Daily Sales, Rental, Supplier and Customer
- Key in voucher to MYOB eg. Payment, Petty cash and Journal
- Bank Reconciliation for MYOB
- Handle Daily Duty eg. Bank balance & payment update, Foreign Exchange Rate, Credit Card Reconciliation, Collecting cash from counter, Fund Transfer receipt update, inventory report
- Assist in Data Entry Daily Bank Account Movement to Excel
- Monthly Sale Report and Stock Count
- Prepare Commission Statement
- Assist in Deposit Cash to Bank, Mailing of letters
- Monitor and Assist in Company Assets and Office Purchase Requisition
- Assist in Annual Account Audit
- Preparing and verification of Online E-commence Payment and Enquires
- Filling Management
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by Accountant and the Management
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess minimum Diploma qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
- Well organized, meticulous, good team player and detailed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
- Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
- Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
