Job Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver curriculum through facilitating authentic, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children.
-Design learning spaces, outdoor & indoor materials, documentation according to children's needs and developmental appropriate.
- Manage the class and provide routine care to ensure the safety and hygiene needs of all children are met.
- Create reponsive and trusting relationships optimal for every child's development (Relationship based approach)
- Establish partnerships by communicating with parents and colleagues proactively in children's best insterests (Fortnightly updates for parents and semester portfolio for children)
- Attend meetings and participate in school events.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood and Education - Teaching (English) (Chinese), Diploma in Education or its equivalent.
- Candidates who hold a Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education - teaching (English) and with 2 years relevant teaching experience are welcome to apply.
- Certified L2/L1 with ECDA
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a local preschool setting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work well independently and as a team
