- Assisting in daily FOH operations and kitchen when required.
- Managing customers at the Front of House and welcoming them warmly.
- Oversee dining/ kitchen team and food preparation to maintain consistent quality and standard.
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety guidelines.
- In charge of food and drinks inventory.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Hiring and training of part-timers.
- In charge of closing daily sales at restaurant.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
