Role Summary:
The Trainer’s role is to conduct and facilitate training courses and events arranged by KONE to develop the competences of our employees.
Job Responsibility:
• Under supervision, conducts or facilitates general and specific trainings for KONE’s employees.
• Provides orientation and training on new course materials through the selection of appropriate training aids.
• Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material.
• May track and analyze training programs by examining training participants' job performance.
• May recommend changes to the training programs.
• Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
• May prepare or participate in developing training material.
• Maintains strong connections with other training and /or HR colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
• Works under limited supervision and is responsible for training programs and training outcomes.
• Senior trainers may provide direction and coaching to Trainers and Junior Trainers.
