Job Description:
- To handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting
- Prepare monthly management report
- Reconcile monthly bank statement
- Handle petty cash
- Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission
- Perform monthly accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors
- Liaising with external accountants for preparation of Annual Report and Audit
- Handle HR matters, payroll, CPF submission, MOM, issurance and etc
- Perform any other administrative/accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 3 years of experience in financial & human resource
- Proficient in Autocount, MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines
- Able to start work in short notice
