Your Role
We are looking for a QC Inspector to track quality trends and provide feedback on abnormal line fallout.
What Will You Do
- To track quality trends and provide feedback on abnormal line fallout and work closely with Engineering, Production on process improvement.
- To interact and update customer for any special quality issue, evaluation or Failure Analysis.
- To attend meeting with customer and feedback action items to be followed up and timely respond of the Corrective Action Report to customer and closure of the actions.
- To perform general inspection of parts and products at the Incoming, In-Process or Outgoing gate.
- Ensure non-conformance material or part timely disposed. Work closely with Supplier and internal on component or part quality issue, follow up on corrective action or improvement action.
- To generate Standard QA or QC inspection reports using Keyence LM1100 scope.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
What Do We Want
- At least a GCE O Level or NTC certification holder for related CNC or Fabrication industry.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related manufacturing environment for non-technical trained staff.
- Have experience in Precision Engineering field.
- Able to read part drawing, and usage of measing equipment will be added advantage.
- Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and fabrication will be added advantage.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
