Quality Assurance Officer
Salary: 2.4k - 2.5K
Job scope:
- Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality assurance in the production line, restaurants, events etc
- Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspection
- Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials
- Ensures raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards
- Minimize down-time by reducing production re-work and recalls
- Conduct Food Hygiene Audit checks at production line, restaurants, events etc and ensure any non-compliance are reported to management and resolved swiftly
- Responsible for spot check and inspection of finished goods to comply with specification and customer requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
- Comfortable to handle administrative work in HACCP and/or other Food Safety Audits
- Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
