Job Description:
- Oversee daily business operations, drive sales growth, and manage staff performance across multiple restaurants to achieve target KPIs.
- Lead a team of FOH to enhance sales revenue, customer service levels, and operational standards.
- Manage controllable costs related to outlet overhead and operational expenses.
- Develop and mentor the FOH team to ensure capability enhancement, and skills improvement.
- Establish procedures and work standards to ensure operational efficiency in a customer-centric environment.
- Plan for cost control and revenue growth to meet company targets.
- Review staff performance, identify training needs, and plan training sessions.
- Effectively utilize and plan labor to meet budget requirements while ensuring high-quality service.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
- Brainstorming of Action Plans when there are issues.
- Attending of weekly operation meetings to discuss on growth and issues identified
- Duty Roster and scheduling
- Monthly and Daily Reporting

- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in managing restaurants.
- Preferably have at least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple F&B outlets.
