Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) with China Market to lead our AI technology division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design and development of next-generation AI products, leveraging your expertise in multimedia software and AI algorithms based on Current market in China.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of AI-powered products, including image and video processing solutions. Including rewind image, removing background though AI perfectly and etc.
• Collaborate closely with video editing and picture editing teams to understand their needs and provide technical support, ensuring that our products' functionality and performance meet the highest standards.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions for video editing and picture editing, including but not limited to intelligent video clipping, smart image restoration, etc.
• Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to the engineering team on AI algorithm development and optimization.
• Establish partnerships and collaborations with industry leaders to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Multimedia Industry, preferred with experienced within China area.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or software development, with a focus on AI technology.
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI-powered products in China market.
• Strong technical background in AI algorithms, machine learning, and computer vision.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, particularly in the areas of computer vision, machine learning, and neural networks.
• Required to travel to China and Southeast countries and stay for a relatively long time like 1-2 weeks in a month for reporting, partner meeting, market research and development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) to communicate with Chinese counterparts and English-speaking local partners.
• Experience in the multimedia software industry is a plus.
