Job Description
Oversee and lead the growth of our Amazon online sales, focusing on three to four supplement and beauty brands under Truegenics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of launching and managing products and brands on the Amazon Marketplace (USA).
- Lead the creation, growth, and execution of strategies to drive revenue growth for the Amazon channel.
- Manage daily Amazon sales operations, including inventory management, product rankings, Amazon PPC marketing, and product listing optimization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with departmental objectives.
- Coordinate with the internal team to develop and enhance product copy and promotions to boost sales.
- Resolve product and marketplace issues and disputes on the Amazon platform.
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on key KPIs, including forecasting, profit/loss, and market insights for the leadership team.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient inventory management for the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or marketplace roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in setting up and managing Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central.
- Proven success with expert knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace best practices and marketing strategies.
- Experience with Amazon International Marketplace for the USA is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a plus).
- Strong business acumen with experience in data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
