Job Description:
-Understand all fields' 2D/3D drawings.
-Measurement, execution, and project management on-site.
-Identify design flaws and anticipate implementation risks.
-Make precise project execution plans. emphasizing the interdependence of various duties
-Auditing the site work through regular site inspections and remote monitoring -Making certain that all quality and timeline standards are met
-Provide the client and ID with regular site updates.
Requirements:
-Good communication skills, ability to prioritse and multi task in a fast paced environment.
-Good team player, self-disciplined with strong interpersonal skills
-Experience in ID residential projects landed property is highly desirable.
-Highly meticulous and able to work on tight deadlines.
