Roles and Responsibilities
- To support the learning and development needs of staff by processing and administering full spectrum of training activities, courses and programmed for them.
- Source for internship programme from educational institutions and recruit interns from ITE, Polytechnic and University.
- Manage and administer all training-related training grants and development (Singapore Management Enterprise, Career Support Programmed, Professional Conversion Programme).
- Liaising with department coordinators and staff on their training requests, monitoring of training budget, processing and monitoring payment and capturing of training records.
- Registering all mandatory courses (such as CSOC and Biz-safe).
- Assists in Coretrade renewal for Worker and Supervisor level.
- Assist in training and development process for all staff level and identify and recommend suitable training programme.
- Work Pass renewal (MOM – WPOL) for Foreign Workers.
- To support Receptionist Duties.
Qualification Requirements
- Candidate possesses at least an ITE certificate in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Whyze HR.
