Job Scope
Handling administrative requests and queries from managers
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Receive invoices and review for accuracy
Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Assist with procurement task and daily administrative support;
Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support an efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:
High school, diploma or. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Data entry experience
