Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls as appropriate.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information both in-person and over the phone.
- Accomodate with employees across the entire company for any correspondence required
- Arrange bookings for local couriers, including the preparation of necessary documents to prepare for mailing on a prefixed day weekly.
- Timely preparation of invoices and delivery orders for clients
- Compile and submit petty cash vouchers and supplier invoices to the main office.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming goods, as well as managing outgoing parcel deliveries.
- Perform data entry, process purchase invoices, and maintain inventory records.
- Provide ad hoc general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum local diploma in adminstravtive
- Relevant admin or data entry experience
- Good command of English
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess positive working attitude, punctual and able to work productively under minimal supervision.
- Ability to be resourceful, tactful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Able to multi-task and highly adaptable
- Effective time management, accountable, responsible and meticulous
