Workplace Associate (Concierge) wanted!

Duration: 2 Years Contract, Up $3.2K

Workplace Location: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm


Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the brand ambassador of the company
  • Recognize the company’s employees on a first-name basis to develop deep connections
  • Serves as point-of-contact for the facilities team as representative of the Workplace Experience team
  • Provides personalize services to employees and guests such as arrangement of transportation, reserving of hotel or restaurant services, reception services and other services as needed
  • Serves as point-of-contact for the facilities team as representative of the Workplace Experience team
  • Performs other duties as reasonably assigned work required for seamless Centre operation (e.g., handling front desk duties, courier matters, performing payment charges, creating invoices, submitting receipts, updating office inventory records/transactions)
  • Managing day to day administrative support (i.e. invoicing issuance, purchase order creation, purchasing of office and pantry supplies, inventory control)
  • Communication with internal employee and vendor to smoothen the admin process between internal & external stakeholder
  • Assisting in the event logistics (e.g. pre-event set up and preparation) and any other adhoc duties
  • Support Workplace Experience Manager to roll out employee engagement activities
  • Perform service requests, tracks the statuses and close ticket ensure requestor satisfying with the service
  • Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property
  • Supervision to all A&A, rectification and routine maintenance work related to office premise, M&E maintenance work and services, etc
  • Evaluate quotation and tender for works and submit recommendations to client for approval
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for organisation online social platform
  • Execute and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality & Hotel Management) or at least ‘N’/'O' Level Certificate with 1 year of relevant working experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably friendly, cheerful and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently
