Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quality Compliance Assistant:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with internal processes and address non-conformances related to ISO and GMP standards.
- Liaise with all departments to manage ISO and GMP documentation effectively.
- Coordinate document changes, corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments, ensuring compliance with ISO and GMP requirements.
- Communicate with consultants regarding ISO processes, documentation, and requirements.
- Source quotations for equipment or works needed to meet ISO and GMP standards.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, printing, and destruction management.
- Provide quality support and enhance overall productivity within the organization.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Administrative, Business, or Management.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Eager to learn and possess a positive attitude.
- Knowledge or experience in supporting GMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage.
