JOB DESCRIPTION
· Head the Finance Dept to oversee the company’s financial, reporting and cash management
· Ensure timely and accurate closing and preparation of full set of monthly management reports
· Review, analyse and submit various financial and management reports
· Provide financial reports to HQ periodically
· Ensure strict internal controls and compliance with all local accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and Group accounting policies
· Liaise and communicate with HQ, external and internal auditors, tax agents, banks and other government agencies when necessary
· Work closely with respective Dept Heads on forecasting/budgeting and achieving targets
· Involved in ad-hoc financial and system projects
· Support any other tasks as required (coordinate quarterly/ad-hoc Board of Directors meeting, etc)
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Finance/Accounting, preferably CA or CPA qualified
· More than 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
· Experience in Financial planning and analysis, audit, corporate tax, GST, Financial Statements
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Hands-on person and good at managing a team
· Good knowledge of SAP
