Job Scope
- Manage daily production process, quality and quantity.
- Document and maintain quality of processed products according to company's and customer's specifications and requirements.
- Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly production schedule and target.
- Train and supervise new and existing production co-workers in meat cutting and use of equipments.
- Build team work to improve productivity.
- Prepare and submit performance and progressive reports.
- Enforce and improve product standards and factory hygiene.
- Practice continuous improvement initiatives in production.
- Manage and supervise all administrative duties in production department.
- Perform operator level equipment maintenance.
- Supervise and enforce daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule.
