- Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive (GL)
- Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Accountant with General Ledger tasks and ensure smooth operations during month-end closing.
- Monitor currency exchange rates and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Keep the Fixed Asset register up-to-date and assist with balance sheet preparations for audits.
- Validate inventory adjustments and manage monthly asset depreciation journals.
- Assist with creating monthly schedules for Fixed Assets and Right-of-Use Assets.
- Review and align General Ledger accounts, ensuring accurate expense recording.
- Conduct SGA Analysis reporting and manage closing journal entries, including reclassifications.
- Handle non-accounts payable payments such as CPF and GST, and verify monthly GST reports.
- Reconcile monthly Import & Export permits and record GST Payable entries post-submission.
- Provide support for tax preparation and contribute to monthly and quarterly closing reports.

- At least a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent, with min 2 years of related working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of business taxes requirements, eg: GST, WHT, CIT, etc
- Experience in NetSuite is advantageous.
