Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Admin and Teacher Assistant Role in MOE School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with the HOD Admin / Principal in an MOE school (nearest MRT – Lakeside and Boon Lay) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of teaching and learning resources.
2. Assist in the preparation of science experiment resources and maintain the cleanliness of the science laboratory.
3. Assist the students in carrying out the science experiments under the supervision of the Science teachers.
4. Provide administrative support to the teachers (e.g. preparation of the student’s achievement certificate, collating students responses for surveys).
5. Loaning and returning of teaching resources. Preparation for condemnation of teaching resources.
6. Providing front-line customer service (handling walk-in and phone queries from parents).
7. Attend to the students at the sickbay.
8. Maintaining and updating of data records for administrative functions.
Job Requirements:
· GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate with pass in English and Mathematics.
· 2 years of experience in providing teaching support and handling reception duties or equivalent.
· Candidate who has experience working in school is preferred.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Jul 2025 with the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 (one) year
Working Days and Hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:15am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break
· Fridays: 8:15am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
