Responsibilities:
· Provide engineering solutions for clients
· Support sales team and work with Technical Service Unit
· Develop strong relationships with clients to facilitate engineering solutions by providing pre-sales and post-sales support
· Participate in technical discussions with Engineering or Maintenance Teams and address any process or engineering matters
· Deliver presentation or in-depth training of products / solutions to clients
· Engage in developing company’s marketing resources when necessary
· Conduct technical and / or product training for internal and external clients
· Source and broaden product range from reliable local / overseas suppliers
· Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to bring the most cost-effective benefits and solutions to clients
· Develop technical solutions in engineering projects from inception to completion
· Support Sales Team in areas of pricing, product sizing, product training, technical support, etc
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Engineering Fields
· With relevant experiences
· Conduct technical and / or product training to internal and external clients
· Excellent communication skills and team player
