KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Able to lead a team of up to 8 people
• Hold product training for newcomers and guide them during their probation period
• Have meetings with the sales team to introduce new products or update on pricing and promotion regularly
• Provide excellent before and after sales service to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction
• Recommend appropriate products based on the customers’ requirements
• Provide correct and up-to-date product information for the customers
• Assist in picking and packing of goods for your customers doing self collection and deliveries
• Ensure all products are stored and arranged in an orderly manner
• Schedule and arrange regular housekeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness for the Retail Outlets
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years expereince in the Home Improvement Industry
• 6 days’ work week, able to work on weekends (not required to work on public holidays)
• To be able to liaise with customers from all ethnicity
• Able to operate ERP software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, pleasant, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Background knowledge in the industry is required
