We are looking for a suitable candidate who has experience in handling condominium properties with defect issues and providing dynamics solutions to resolve the problems.
- Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the condominium, ensuring the properties are aligned to company standards.
- Coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected from the company.
- Arrange appointments with owners
- Require handing over new condominium units to owners (sometimes)
- Conduct briefings on the rules and regulations of the estate
- Respond to residents' feedback/queries via email, phone/SMS, etc promptly.
- Liaise with contractors on the internal defects/design of the condominium units
- Monitor the progress of defects rectification
- Act as a liaison officer for the developer.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 'O' Level or other relevant certificates, Candidates from Building Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management will have an added advantage.
- Relevant working experience in property management, service industry, or residential development.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
