JOB DESCRIPTION
A leading super app platform e-commerce company valued at over USD$2 bn us currently looking for an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Group Financial Reporting Manager will be working within a regional team of 7 member. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing periodical financial statement reports, preparing analytics for consolidated financial statements, financial reporting, statutory filing activities in compliance with IFRS standards, and handle manual consolidation.
Successful candidates will be working with a successful tech start-up under results-oriented leaders who practise open-door policy for their members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or CA
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience
- Commercial exposure to Consolidation, Financial / Statutory Reporting at Group corporate level. Experience with MNC is a plus.
- Working knowledge of IFRA, US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance (SoX), US SEC filings, or US Public listing requirements
- Comfortable with fast-paced working environment due to changing market dynamics
- Experience with leading a team
- Open to handling manual consolidation for newly acquired entities.
- Experience with tech businesses is a plus
