The Job:
- Assist the Sales team to process sales order and ensure timely product delivery to customers.
- Process quotation, sales order, purchase order, invoices, delivery order, etc.
- Follow up with customer on outstanding invoices and debt collection.
- Regularly update databases on customer information, sales orders, stock level, etc.
- Monitor inventory and ensure that stocks are being replenishment when running low.
- Work closely with product team and store department on stock replenishment and product delivery.
- Attend to call-in or walk-in customers.
The Candidate:
- Diplomain Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in sales coordination or
- Excellent in communication and coordination work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy.
- Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Open to travel to the West side of Singapore for work.

- Location: WEST of Singapore
- Working Environment: Light industrial / Manufacturing
- Working Schedule: 5 working days per week, office working hours
