Job Responsibilities
- Attending to phone or walk-in enquiries from patients and next-of-kin
- Financial counselling (relating to Government schemes & subsidies or insurance schemes)
- Conduct Medication Supply Verification for patients at assigned clinic
- Picking, packing and labelling of medication prescriptions with speed and accuracy, within the targeted timeframe
- Re-label and print summary labels, rectify typing errors, file and count prescriptions
- Management of drug stock and inventory, involving monitoring of buffer stock, checking of near-expiry medications and receiving goods from store
- Detect prescription errors or prescription processing errors and perform prescriber clarification and prescription rectification appropriately
- Ad-hoc duties from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Min N/O/A levels and above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commence on short notice
