Responsibilities
- Assist in developing IT compliance procedures and guidelines.
- Perform internal checks/validation on IT systems to evaluate effectiveness of controls, security measures, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide suggestions for enhancing IT controls, processes, and security measures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist to implement initiatives and tools to analyse trends.
- Provide oversight on compliance matters & improve effectiveness of update, tracking and reporting of compliance status.
- Organise and conduct briefing/awareness campaigns on IT compliance requirements, policies, and best practices.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and policy/ compliance-related assessments and monitor and report on status and issues.
- Support in other ad-hoc administrative, comms or operational work that may arise.
Requirements
- Degree in any field.
- Experience in IT audit and compliance will be advantageous.
- Able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive disposition.
- Strong team player.
