Job Responsibilities
- Maintain SAP system availability round-the-clock.
- Oversee user and client administration, authorization management, system performance, audit processes, transport management, background jobs, patch installations, system backups, recovery, kernel upgrades, and OS/database maintenance across Jumbo Group.
- Handle and execute SAP Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery procedures.
- Ensure servers perform optimally and conduct preventive maintenance for smooth daily operations.
- Address SAP support tickets within agreed service levels.
- Safeguard SAP system architecture, hardware, and integration landscape.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of IT projects.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in SAP Basis Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant SAP Basis experience.
- Basic understanding of SAP HANA and NetWeaver technology.
- Interest in software development processes.
- Experience with S4/HANA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
- Capable of working independently and leading projects.
- Experience with Linux and SAP S4/HANA environments.
